Welcome to Dr. Brett Langston’s Office!

Brett Langston, DMD, is a skilled prosthodontist and director at Dental Implant and Aesthetic Specialists of Atlanta in Brookhaven, Georgia. He focuses on dental restoration, tooth replacement, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Langston obtained his undergraduate degree from Saint Peter’s University and his DMD from the Medical College of Georgia in 2005. He completed a prosthodontics residency with the U.S. Army and served as the chief of Prosthodontics at Fort Drum, New York. In private practice, he emphasizes detailed, personalized dental care and continues to educate himself in prosthodontics.

Rachel Miro, DDS, joined Dental Implant and Aesthetic Specialists in Brookhaven, Georgia, in 2021 and offers a broad range of oral health care services. She specializes in emergency dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, and rehabilitation, with advanced training in IV sedation, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Miro obtained her undergraduate degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology and her DDS from New York University, completing her residency at the Dental College of Georgia. In 2021, she achieved a Fellowship in the ICOI.

Dr. Mitchel P. House III, who joined Dental Implant and Aesthetic Specialists in 2021, has over 30 years of experience in dentistry, primarily serving the Decatur area. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia in 1989. Dr. House is dedicated to continuing education, viewing dentistry as both an art and a science, and is committed to providing high-quality, safe, and professional care.
